Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or similar.
At least 5 years of experience in accounting, ideally in positions related to customers/accounts receivable.
Solid knowledge of the Spanish General Accounting Plan.
English, oral and written.
Experience with accounting ERP (SAP, Microsoft AX...).
Advanced level of Excel and Power BI.
Analytical skills, attention to detail and results orientation.
Interest in digitalization and the application of AI in Finance.

The role

We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our Finance team.

Job Mission
To guarantee the correct accounting management of operations related to customers and accounts receivable for Pierre Fabre Ibérica, ensuring compliance with local regulations and the Group's corporate policies and procedures.

What you'll do

Manage customer invoicing and the issuance of credit notes, as well as the control of discounts, rebates, and returns.
Analyze and supervise sales erosion and couponing operations, ensuring correct accounting and provisioning.
Review customer debt and delinquency risk, in collaboration with Credit Management.
Participate in monthly and annual accounting closings, external audits, and internal controls.
Collaborate on strategic and transformation projects, including the implementation of SAP, Salesforce, and new business initiatives.
