What we're looking for
- You have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales - you know how to open doors, build relationships and close deals, and you bring structure and discipline to every stage of the process.
- You are genuinely curious about your clients' businesses. You ask the right questions, listen carefully, and connect what you hear to real solutions - not just features. You are comfortable challenging a prospect's thinking when the situation calls for it.
- You are familiar with structured sales methodologies and apply them consistently - not as a checklist, but as a genuine framework for understanding a client's decision process, identifying the real need and mapping the path to close.
- You are a natural communicator - confident presenting to senior stakeholders, comfortable negotiating, and credible in front of a room. You adapt your style depending on who you are talking to.
- You are digitally fluent. You pick up new software quickly, you are comfortable using a tablet in a client meeting, and you see technology as an enabler, not a barrier.
- You are available to travel across Spain, and you hold a valid class B driving license.
- You communicate in Spanish at a native level. Your English is strong enough to operate confidently in an international business environment (B2-C1). A second language - Portuguese, French or Italian - is a plus, however, not a must-have.
The role
This is a hybrid sales role with ownership of both new business development and strategic account growth in Spain. You will spend approximately 70% of your time acquiring new customers and 30% growing a portfolio of some of our largest Spanish accounts through expansion and long-term relationship management. As the commercial owner of your accounts, you will work closely with SDRs, Customer Success and Marketing to drive sustainable growth across the Spanish market.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hunting with account development and wants to make a visible impact in a high-performing B2B SaaS team.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle across Spain, generating new business while managing and expanding a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Build and execute a strong pipeline through inbound opportunities, outbound prospecting and close collaboration with our SDR and Marketing teams.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, identify expansion opportunities and drive long-term account growth through a consultative, value-based sales approach.
- Lead complex sales processes from discovery through negotiation and closing.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure outstanding customer experience while contributing to demand generation initiatives, events and market activities.
- Share customer and market insights to help strengthen PlanRadar's positioning and commercial success in Spain.
