What we're looking for

Availability for international travel.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar.
Demonstrable experience in infrastructure construction project management, of at least 3 years, preferably in the construction of launch bases and/or engine test stands.
Demonstrable experience in project drafting and/or construction management, of more than 3 years.
Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, CYPE, etc.) and planning software (MS Project or similar). BIM knowledge is required.
Experience in structural calculation is a plus.
Availability for travel, occasionally internationally, and regularly to test stand and launch base facilities located within national territory.

The role

What you'll do

As a technician with experience in comprehensive infrastructure project management.

Technician with experience in comprehensive infrastructure project management, with the following responsibilities:

Management and technical definition of interventions on infrastructure and general facilities at the Teruel testing and trials area.
Support in the management and documentation maintenance of testing facilities.
Participation in the infrastructure sizing phases, from their origin in future expansions of testing facilities.
Participation in project strategic planning: scope, schedule, milestones, and budget and risk management.
Contribution of data for KPIs associated with comprehensive project management: quality, safety, cost, and schedule.
Collaboration and coordination with different PLD Space engineering departments, to ensure the issuance of user requirements for the projected infrastructures, and to ensure that infrastructure development projects meet user requirements.
Technical supervision of infrastructures: ensuring the issuance of technical documentation for infrastructure execution projects (plans, reports, specifications), and ensuring infrastructure execution complies with applicable regulations.
Project economic management, controlling the budget and analyzing deviations.
Management of project-associated contracts, supported by PLD Space's legal and procurement departments.
Risk and safety management: identification of technical, economic, and operational risks, and their mitigation plans. Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations during infrastructure development, in collaboration with the HSE department.
Coordination with public administrations at the state, regional, and municipal levels, as well as with the applicable sector. Management of permits, licenses, and authorizations.
