The role

Would you like to be part of the development of space technology?

At RDT Ingenieros, we are looking for an Integration and Assembly Process Engineer to participate in aerospace engineering projects related to the development and manufacturing of systems for space launchers.

You will join an innovative technological environment, where engineering, manufacturing, and technical precision are fundamental. You will participate in the definition and optimization of integration and assembly processes, working directly with manufacturing teams and collaborating with the design, quality, and production areas to bring engineering developments to reality.

We are looking for a person with initiative, problem-solving skills, and a practical orientation, who enjoys working both with technical documentation and in the workshop, close to the product and the manufacturing processes.

What you'll do

  • Process definition: develop, document, and optimize integration and assembly procedures, work instructions, manufacturing orders, and inspection protocols.

  • Workshop monitoring: supervise the execution of processes, provide technical support, and resolve incidents during assembly operations.

  • Systems and components integration: participate in the mounting and assembly of mechanical assemblies, structures, electrical systems, and other highly complex components.

  • Technical documentation: prepare procedures, monitoring reports, and manufacturing and quality records.

  • Incident resolution: analyze deviations and non-conformities, identify their causes, and collaborate in the implementation of corrective actions.

  • Multidisciplinary work: collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, quality, and procurement to improve product manufacturability and facilitate assembly operations.

  • Continuous improvement: identify opportunities for process optimization, reduce errors, and contribute to the evolution of products from development and prototyping to manufacturing.

  • Tooling and auxiliary means: collaborate in the definition and improvement of tools, jigs, and equipment necessary to facilitate operations.

  • Quality and safety: ensure compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, and safe working procedures.

How you'll work

Location: Elche (on-site)

Contract: Permanent
