Accounting Clerk

• Supervise and monitor the administrative processes linked to the Logistics area.

• Manage and control transport, supplier, and logistics service invoices.

• Perform reconciliations, verifications, and monitoring of administrative incidents.

• Coordinate the distribution of tasks within the area's administrative team.

• Act as a point of reference for operational queries and incidents.

• Prepare reports and provide support to the Logistics Manager in the monitoring of indicators.

• Collaborate in the improvement and optimization of administrative processes.

• Demonstrable experience in similar accounting functions.

• Up-to-date knowledge of tax and accounting regulations.

• Proficiency in office tools (especially Excel) and accounting software.

• Analytical capacity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Position: Accounting Clerk

At Plukon, we are looking to hire an Accounting Clerk for our Logistics area. The selected person will play a key role in the control and monitoring of the administrative and accounting processes associated with logistics activity, while also participating in the daily coordination of certain team tasks to ensure the correct functioning of the department.
