Position: Junior Training and Development Technician

At Plukon Spain we are looking to bring in a Junior Training and Development Technician to join our Human Resources team.
We are looking for a person with a good level of English, organisational skills and a willingness to learn, who wants to grow professionally by taking part in the management and coordination of training projects for our teams.
You will work in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating with different areas of the company and contributing to the development of the people who are part of Plukon.
Providing support in the comprehensive management of training, coordinating training activities, monitoring development plans and taking part in learning projects aimed at different groups within the organisation.
Manage and coordinate internal and external training activities.
Identify training needs together with the managers of the different areas.
Take part in preparing and monitoring the annual Training Plan.
Coordinate calls, registrations, communications and documentation associated with the training courses.
Manage and keep the online training and learning platform up to date.
Carry out monitoring and evaluation of training activities.
Manage documentation and funding of training through FUNDAE.
Coordinate the relationship with external training providers.
Prepare reports and indicators related to training activity.
Take part in corporate development and learning projects.
