We are looking for a Product Builder to join the new global Ops Automation Squad within Product & Engineering at Cobee byPluxee.
The squad will turn operational needs shared across countries into reusable product capabilities, self-service tools and automation that help the platform scale.
Your scope will focus on the global platform: common product workflows, reusable configuration capabilities, standard APIs and data interfaces, and shared tools that enable country teams to work more efficiently.
Your mission will be to understand operational problems,identifyopportunities for reuse across countries, and build reliable solutions that reduce manual effort, improve productqualityand deliver measurable impact.
This is a hands-on role combining product thinking, technicalfluencyand delivery: mapping processes, speaking with users,analysingdata, prototyping with AI or automation tools, building with Engineering, shippingsolutionsand measuring adoption.

Reusable AI assistants and automation components that help teams navigate product workflows and information.
Improvements to existing global automation based on user feedback, productdefectsand adoption data.
Success means reliable capabilities that country teams can adopt and reuse, with measurable reductions in manual work and errors.
As Product Builder, you will:
Work with country Operations, Finance, Customer Care and IT teams, alongside global Product, Engineering and Data, to understand shared needs and product friction.
Map workflows, edge cases,dependenciesand data flows toidentifywhich needs can be addressed through common product capabilities.
Assess reuse potential, expected impact and implementation effort, and contribute proposals to global productprioritisation.
Build andvalidateprototypes using AI tools, internal tooling, low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, scripts, dataanalysisor lightweight product interfaces.
Work with Engineering to build,testandmaintainreliable global capabilities, following platform standards and release practices.
Define success metrics for each initiative: adoption across countries, time saved, fewer manual steps, lower errorratesand better user experience.
Use data and feedback from country teams tosizeopportunities, inform roadmapdecisionsand measure outcomes after release.
Document productbehaviour, interfaces, configurationoptionsand usage guidance so country teams can adopt the capabilities effectively.
Build permissions, auditability,monitoringandappropriate humanoversight into the global capabilities you deliver.
Investigate defects in the squad's delivered capabilities with Engineering and improve their reliability and usability over time.
