What you'll do

As part of our team, you will directly contribute to the development of solutions that make a difference. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Design, implement and ensure the proper use of the tool (CMMS-SAP) for the area.
  • Design, develop and manage the Annual Maintenance Plan as well as the associated spare parts for its implementation.
  • Control, monitor and analyze the degree of compliance with the tasks associated with the defined annual maintenance plan, identifying issues and proposing actions for improvement.
  • Schedule, together with the supervisors, the interventions that require the participation of external suppliers, as well as supervise said interventions and ensure that these suppliers meet the company's needs.
  • Define the stock level of the spare parts and components required for maintenance activity, according to the annual planning.
  • Measure and evaluate the suitability of the plans and actions carried out.
  • Define, communicate and prepare the reporting reports required to make the impact of the area visible.
  • Manage all the information (warranties, materials, diagrams, manuals, instructions for use...) of the assets owned by Power Metal Works.
  • Prepare and manage both internal and external and legal audits required for the maintenance area.
  • Always comply with occupational risk prevention, safety and environmental regulations, and use the appropriate PPE.
  • Provide technical and management improvements to achieve the department's objectives.
  • Coordinate the maintenance team to ensure machine availability.
