We are looking for a laborer for a company in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.

Duties and responsibilities

• Receive and resolve incidents on the production lines. As well as performing operational controls of the production lines, carrying out any necessary corrective actions.
• Organize, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance work on the production lines
• Supervise the execution of work by contractors and external maintenance services on the production lines
• Ensure correct attention to internal and/or external customers regarding any incident.
• Plan and coordinate the human and material resources of their area.
• Collaborate to ensure that policies and legal guidelines are communicated at all levels of the company and are complied with at all times.
• Prepare and report the information/documentation related to their area.
• Promote a good working environment in their department/area, favoring the cohesion and trust of its members, while ensuring the maintenance of the company's culture and values.
• Promote continuous improvement and the implementation of improvements in their area to guarantee the optimal achievement of results.

Schedule from Monday to Friday in weekly rotating shifts night-afternoon-morning and, a maximum of 12 Friday nights or Saturday mornings, planned in a calendar.
