About the role

Are you interested in planning large-scale projects and ensuring everything progresses according to the master plan? At RDT we are looking for PLANNERS to join our team and take charge of developing, updating, and controlling the planning of industrial, construction, or EPC projects, ensuring deadlines are met, providing key information for decision-making, and collaborating closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management to ensure rigorous progress monitoring.

What you'll do

  • Develop the initial project schedule (baseline) using tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.

  • Update and monitor actual progress against the plan, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.

  • Coordinate with all disciplines (engineering, procurement, construction, site work, commissioning) to gather progress information.

  • Prepare periodic planning reports: S-curves, resource histograms, critical paths (CPM), look-ahead schedules, etc.

  • Analyze risks related to schedules and work sequences, proposing mitigation plans.

  • Develop alternative execution scenarios (what-if analysis) when requested.

  • Participate in project follow-up meetings, providing reliable progress data and forecasts.

  • Keep the contractual schedule updated and provide support on claims, schedule extensions, or contractual documentation.

  • Coordinate the sequencing of construction activities to optimize resources and deadlines.

  • Ensure traceability of schedule changes and updates.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Planner, Project Controller, or similar role in industrial, construction, or EPC environments.

  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or other planning tools.

  • Knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction processes to understand the full project chain.

  • Ability to interpret drawings, contracts, scopes of work, and technical project documentation.

  • Mastery of planning metrics: critical paths, S-curves, Earned Value, resource histograms.

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in large-scale projects (industrial, energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, EPC).

  • Experience in international projects or with multicultural teams.

  • Upper-intermediate English for communication and documentation.

  • Knowledge of project control systems (cost control, progress measurement).

  • Proficiency in additional tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel, or document management systems.

What you'll get

  • Involvement in large-scale, high-impact technical projects.

  • Multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.

  • Continuous training in planning methodologies and software.

  • Competitive conditions and the opportunity to work on national and international projects.
