What you'll do
As Operations Support, you will directly contribute to the store's profitability, operations, and Health, Safety, and Environment tasks. Here's how you'll do it:
- Support the EHS & Operations In-Store Lead or Manager with store operations and Health & Safety tasks, such as completing checklists, helping with inspections and audits, and managing waste and systems.
- Manage the daily and weekly cash office.
- Promote compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the store management team in achieving operational excellence.
- Report and escalate incidents according to company procedures and policies.
