What will your responsibilities be?

As a P&C Admin, you will be the key support for the People & Culture area in the store, ensuring the correct administrative management of all people-related processes. You will work alongside the Store Manager, the In-Store P&C Business Partner for your store, and regional office teams to ensure compliance with the company's human resources strategy.

You will be responsible for administering key processes such as recruitment and hiring, onboarding and integration, training and development, resource planning, payroll, and performance management. You will support the store's management team in coordinating interviews, validations, managing contractual documentation, and tracking candidates, always ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved in the selection process.

Additionally, you will actively collaborate in planning and managing schedules, absence control, holidays, and payroll adjustments, ensuring data accuracy in human resources systems and compliance with legal regulations.

You will also play a key role in improving team engagement and well-being by organizing events and activities that reinforce a positive store culture. You will support performance management, talent succession, and employee relations, ensuring that Primark's policies and processes are effectively implemented.

In essence, your role will be crucial in ensuring that all People & Culture processes are managed efficiently and aligned with the company's values and objectives.

Previous experience in human resources administration, especially in retail or similar environments, will be valued, as well as knowledge of personnel management systems, planning, and payroll.

You will need to hold an official qualification obtained within the last 3 years, or a university degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, and/or Business Administration, or an official master's degree in similar disciplines.
