Requirements

What we're looking for

A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology procurement is essential.
Demonstrable experience in the acquisition and negotiation of:

The role

We are looking to bring on board an IT Buyer who will be responsible for managing technology procurement processes for software and professional services, ensuring compliance with the procurement policy and optimizing negotiation results in terms of cost, quality, risk, and contractual conditions.

What you'll do

Manage end-to-end procurement processes for technological tools and associated services.
Analyze and compare offers, identifying opportunities for savings and improvement.
Negotiate economic conditions, contracts, and deadlines with suppliers.
Manage multiple requests in parallel, prioritizing with sound judgment and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
Coordinate with IT and other internal areas to properly channel needs.
Issue and follow up on purchase orders until their administrative closure.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Maintain documentary control and full traceability of each process.
Prepare monitoring reports and budget control.
