What you'll get

€1,098.69 gross/month (30h/week schedule – Afternoon shift: 14:00 to 20:00h).
€915.58 gross/month (25h/week schedule – Morning shift: 09:00 to

14:00h).

Temporary contract until 15/12/26 with real possibility of continuity and

permanent contract depending on performance and as long as you want.

Unbeatable location: Offices next to the 12 de Octubre Hospital (direct connection

with Metro L3, Renfe Cercanías, and multiple bus lines).

Complete initial training: From November 3rd to 10th in the afternoon shift (14:00

to 20:00h) to give you all the tools before starting on the platform.

Good working environment and access to continuous development at the Prosegur University.

The role

At AVOS TECH (Prosegur Group) we are looking to hire teleoperators to reinforce our special customer loyalty and retention campaign.

What you'll do

Making and receiving calls to customers requesting to cancel the service.
Active listening, detection of needs, and negotiation of alternatives for their loyalty.
Administrative management and registration of the agreed solutions in the internal application

How you'll work

30h/week schedule – Afternoon shift: 14:00 to 20:00h
25h/week schedule – Morning shift: 09:00 to 14:00h

What are we looking for in you? 🌟

Communication skills, empathy, and persuasion/negotiation ability.
Positive attitude, tolerance to objection, and results orientation.
Availability to attend the preliminary sessions from November 3rd to 10th and immediate incorporation following them.
