You will be part of the Indirect Procurement Center (IPC), contributing to the development and implementation of Procurement planning, governance and monitoring models, with the aim of driving efficient, homogeneous management aligned with the Group's strategic objectives.

You will participate in the planning and monitoring of Procurement activity, indicator analysis, reporting and process improvement, collaborating cross-functionally with the different Procurement categories, business areas and corporate teams. Your work will help provide visibility and control over activity, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

Main duties and requirements.

  • Collaborate in the preparation, planning and monitoring of the Procurement Plan of the Indirect Procurement Center.
  • Participate in planning, budgeting and management control processes, working cross-functionally with the different business areas.
  • Monitor the portfolio of Procurement initiatives and projects, identifying progress, deviations, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and evolve dashboards, KPIs and executive reporting, providing visibility into Procurement activity and performance and facilitating decision-making.
  • Analyze management and performance indicators, monitoring results and proposing improvement actions.
  • Collaborate in the definition, documentation and improvement of Procurement processes, policies and procedures, promoting their standardization and efficiency.
  • Provide support for contract planning and monitoring, participating in the evolution of the Procurement Contract Management model.
  • Prepare reports, documentation and executive presentations for committees, follow-up meetings and Management.
  • Cross-functionally coordinate action plans with the different Procurement categories and business areas.
  • Participate in Procurement Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the evolution and professionalization of the Procurement function.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Engineering, Law or related fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Procurement environments, especially in Procurement Excellence, Procurement PMO, planning, management control or specialized Procurement consulting roles.
  • Experience in planning and monitoring Procurement activity, project management and reporting.
  • Experience in developing and analyzing KPIs, dashboards and management information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP, SAP Ariba or other Source-to-Pay platforms.
  • Advanced level of English, with the ability to work with documentation, information and suppliers in international environments.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with structured thinking and attention to detail.
  • Proactivity, autonomy and results orientation, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate and influence cross-functionally across different areas and levels of the organization.
