The role
Are you passionate about leading technical teams and optimizing operations in demanding environments?
We are looking for a Technical Service Manager in MADRID to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the alarm installation and maintenance service, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
🎯 Mission
Lead the technical service operation (installation and maintenance), ensuring the achievement of quality, service, and profitability targets, as well as customer satisfaction.
🔧 Operations management
- Plan technical and human resources based on demand.
- Coordinate installation and maintenance activities.
- Supervise the execution of work and resolution of incidents.
- Optimize times, workloads, and productivity.
📊 Business analysis (P&L)
- Manage the area's profit and loss account.
- Monitor KPIs: costs, margin, productivity, quality.
- Identify deviations and design action plans.
- Budget control and resource optimization.
⚙️ Continuous improvement and quality
- Implement new operational procedures.
- Supervise quality standards.
- Coordinate with operational excellence and quality areas.
- Manage audits and corrective actions.
🤝 Supplier management
- Supervise subcontractors.
- Quality control and negotiation of terms and conditions.
- Planning of external resources.
✅ Requirements
- Education: Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
- Minimum experience: +3 years managing technical teams.
- Experience in the security/alarm sector (highly valued).
- Experience managing KPIs and profit and loss accounts.
- Knowledge of tools: ERP, Siebel, Meta4.
- Availability to travel.
