The role

2 CRA Operators are required for an important client in Barcelona: 1 AFTERNOON shift from 8 to 12 hours and 1 NIGHT shift from 22 to 6 hours.

What you'll do

-Monitoring of security systems, CCTV, alarms, and technological platforms.

-Reception, classification, and registration of incidents and events.

-Initial analysis of alerts and technical validation of signals.

-Escalation of incidents according to established procedures.

-Coordination and communication with client managers, suppliers, security guards, and emergency services when appropriate.

-Document management, preparation of reports, and updating of operational records.

-Follow-up of incidents until their resolution.

-Operational management of access control tools and security systems, without performing physical surveillance functions or identity checks.
