Project Manager – PBC/AML Software Implementation

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration and Management, Economics, or equivalent training.
• Demonstrable experience managing technological projects, including planning, monitoring, team coordination, and direct relationship with clients.
• Ability to perform functional analysis, requirements definition, process documentation, and testing follow-up during software implementation projects.
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to coordinate different stakeholders, manage priorities, and monitor projects with a focus on deadlines, quality, and achievement of objectives.

• Training or certification in project management and methodologies such as PMI, Agile, or Scrum.
• Advanced level of English to work with documentation, clients, or international stakeholders.
• Experience in regulatory compliance related to Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF).
• Experience in the implementation of software solutions linked to compliance, risk, fraud, or regulated environments.
• Practical knowledge of technological tools and environments such as Postman, SOAP, and FileZilla, as well as handling basic Linux commands.
• Ability to review logs, access servers, and perform basic technical checks during integration, testing, or incident resolution processes.

At AVOS Tech, we are looking for a Project Manager – PBC/AML Software Implementation to lead implementation projects for technological solutions oriented towards Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF). You will manage projects for clients in sectors such as banking, insurance, and real estate, coordinating the full cycle from requirements gathering and planning to testing and production deployment. The role combines project management, client liaison, functional analysis, and knowledge of the AML/CTF regulatory environment.

• Gather and analyze the client's functional requirements, define the project scope, and estimate efforts to establish a realistic planning aligned with business needs.
• Prepare commercial proposals, project plans, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring a clear definition of objectives, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal Development, Implementation, and Support teams, facilitating communication between areas and maintaining continuous liaison with client managers.
• Identify and manage risks, deviations, and blockers during project execution, defining mitigation plans and monitoring agreed-upon actions.
• Prepare functional documentation and test scripts, as well as execute and supervise functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) before production deployment.
• Monitor progress through periodic reports, controlling scope, deadlines, quality, and commitments made to the client.
• Supervise the full implementation cycle of the solutions, coordinating the different phases until production deployment and ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Analyze regulatory updates regarding AML/CTF and collaborate in the creation of specialized content on regulatory compliance for corporate channels.
