About the role

Our Technology Community Project Manager keeps growing and we need to bring on a Project Manager with experience managing closed projects and with a technical background or extensive knowledge of software development.

The role will be responsible for end-to-end project management: estimation, kickoff, planning, team coordination, progress tracking, financial control, and ensuring deliverables. The position acts as a critical point of reference between business and technology, ensuring governance, transparency, and disciplined execution.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the organization, development, and ongoing control of the project, overseeing alignment with the initially established schedules and objectives.

• Effective communication with end users/clients.

• Identify issues, develop solutions, and recommend the necessary actions.

• Ensure the quality of final deliverables.

• Propose client approval of the milestones established in the project.

• Propose the involvement of functional experts.

• Plan and organize user training.

• Participate in the presales phase of projects.

What we're looking for

• More than 5 years of experience as a PM on closed projects.

  • Experience participating in the estimation and presales phase.

  • Experience in project financial control, risk control, etc.

  • Experience working in a multi-project/multi-client environment.
