Project Manager for Closed Projects - C1 English (100% remote Spain)

Our Technology Community Project Manager keeps growing and we need to bring on a Project Manager with experience managing closed projects and with a technical background or extensive knowledge of software development.

The role will be responsible for end-to-end project management: estimation, kickoff, planning, team coordination, progress tracking, financial control, and ensuring deliverables. The position acts as a critical point of reference between business and technology, ensuring governance, transparency, and disciplined execution.

• Responsible for the organization, development, and ongoing control of the project, overseeing alignment with the initially established schedules and objectives.

• Effective communication with end users/clients.

• Identify issues, develop solutions, and recommend the necessary actions.

• Ensure the quality of final deliverables.

• Propose client approval of the milestones established in the project.

• Propose the involvement of functional experts.

• Plan and organize user training.

• Participate in the presales phase of projects.

• More than 5 years of experience as a PM on closed projects.

• Experience participating in the estimation and presales phase.

• Experience in project financial control, risk control, etc.

• Experience working in a multi-project/multi-client environment.

• C1 level of English.

• Experience working with agile and waterfall methodologies.

• Background or extensive knowledge of software development.

• Flexible schedule ⏰: flexible start time, arrival at 8:30 a.m., departure at 6:00 p.m. with early finish on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and in summer (July and August) early finish from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Nuestra Comunidad Tecnológica Project Manager no deja de crecer y necesitamos incorporar un Project Manager con experiencia en gestión de proyectos cerrados y con background técnico o amplios conocimientos en desarrollo de software.

El rol será responsable de la gestión end-to-end de proyectos: estimación, arranque, planificación, coordinación de equipos, seguimiento de progreso, control financiero y aseguramiento de entregables. La posición actúa como punto de referencia crítico entre negocio y tecnología, garantizando gobernanza, transparencia y una ejecución disciplinada.

• Responsable de la organización, del desarrollo y control permanente del proyecto, supervisando el ajuste a los programas y objetivos iniciales establecidos.

• Comunicación efectiva con los usuarios/clientes finales.

• Identificar problemas, desarrollar soluciones y recomendar las acciones necesarias.

• Garantizar la calidad de los productos finales.

• Proponer al cliente la aprobación de los hitos establecidos en el proyecto.

• Proponer la participación de expertos funcionales.

• Planificar y organizar la formación de usuarios.

• Participar en la fase de preventa de proyectos.

• Más de 5 años de experiencia como PM en proyectos cerrados.

• Experiencia participando en la fase de estimación y preventa.

• Experiencia en control financiero de los proyectos, control de riesgos, etc.

• Experiencia trabajando en multiproyecto/multicliente.

• Nivel de inglés C1.

• Experiencia trabajando con agile y con waterfall.

• Background o amplios conocimientos de desarrollo de software.

• Horario flexible ⏰: horario flexible entrada 8.30h salida 18h con viernes intensivo de 8h a 15h y en verano (julio y agosto) intensivo de 8h a 15h

• Vacaciones 🌴: 22 días de vacaciones + 2 días de libre disposición, además de los días 24 y 31 de diciembre libres.

• Contrato indefinido 📄: Desde el primer día, con opción de 12 o 14 pagas.
