Our client, a world leader in technology, logistics, and e-commerce services, is looking for a Project / Program Manager to join their Launch & Expansion team in Madrid. In this role, you will be a key piece in driving infrastructure and network strategy projects in the region, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize the last-mile logistics node network, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable growth.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of maintenance and infrastructure projects in the assigned region, ensuring their delivery on time, within budget, and with the required quality standards.
  • Plan and supervise the optimization and adaptation of existing facilities, including office spaces, operational areas (shop floor), and building infrastructure for last-mile delivery fleet operations.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to establish and increase performance standards at the site level.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, real estate, design, construction, and engineering to ensure the success of each project.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases and strategic documents to obtain approval from senior management and key executives.

How you'll work

Employment type: Fixed-term contract for 6 months.
