At Movistar Prosegur Alarmas, we are looking for a: Remote Service Training Technician for C.R.A. who will be responsible for performing the following functions:
- Train and supervise CRA operational protocols and procedures, as well as instruct on the use of tools aimed at the continuous improvement of processes, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with established quality and customer experience standards.
- Identify the training needs of CRA staff, in order to organize/request/deliver those training actions that ensure the entire team has acquired the knowledge and skills necessary for the proper delivery of the service.
- Prepare and/or provide the documentation, manuals, guides, scripts, and materials necessary so that operators are fully trained in all procedures and operations.
- Audit and execute actions using different tools to supervise service quality, detect shortcomings or areas for improvement, and provide feedback to operators and supervisors.
