Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in security systems (minimum 1 year).
Training as a Middle Technician in electronics and/or IT.
IT knowledge:

1. Hardware.

2. Microsoft operating systems.

3. Office Suite.

Data networking knowledge:

1. IP addressing.

2. Network ranges.

3. Topologies.

4. Switching.

Knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases.
Availability to travel.
Communication skills:

1. Training for colleagues and customers.

2. Preparation of technical documentation.

3. B1 driving license

Nice to have

The role

At Prosegur, we are looking to hire several Electronic Security Systems technicians in Madrid.

What you'll do

Commissioning and configuration of security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion, etc.).
Configuration of computer equipment and network devices.
Technical support for customers and the internal team.
Preparation of technical documentation and user manuals.
Training for end users and technical colleagues.
Diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents.
Travel to customer facilities.
