NET_ADM_XP – Systems Technician specialized in Network Security and Communications

We are looking for a Systems Technician specialized in Network Security and Communications to join a strategic technological project within a large company.

The selected person will participate in the operation, support, and maintenance of security and communications infrastructures, guaranteeing the availability, performance, and protection of critical systems.

What you'll do

Provide support and perform maintenance of perimeter security infrastructures.
Configure, administer, and resolve incidents on Fortinet and Palo Alto security devices.
Manage and provide support for F5 load balancing environments, including APM and LTM modules.
Administer Web Proxy solutions and secure Internet access platforms.
Collaborate in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of communications networks.
Participate in initiatives to improve network security, capacity, and infrastructure performance.
Collaborate with different technical teams to guarantee the availability, stability, and performance of services.

How you'll work

Two days: from 07:00 to 15:00.
Two days: from 10:00 to 19:00.
From 07:00 to 15:00.

Hybrid modality, with the possibility of up to 60% weekly teleworking.

The remaining 40% must be performed in person at the client's facilities in Madrid, Plaza Castilla area.

Mandatory requirements

Minimum experience of 2 years in:

Perimeter security technologies, including Firewalls and IPS/IDS, with a special focus on Fortinet and Palo Alto solutions.
Load balancing technologies, specifically F5 platforms and their APM and LTM modules.
Internet security and web access protection through Web Proxy solutions.
Management and operation of communications networks, including routing, capacity planning, dimensioning, and traffic management.
Experience with Infoblox solutions, especially in the administration of DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management - IPAM) services.
