The role

Do you have experience in COBOL development on Unix environments and would you like to participate in a stable technological project within the payment methods sector? This opportunity might interest you! 🚀

We are looking to hire a COBOL Analyst/Programmer to participate in a long-term project, working with applications and systems linked to the financial and payment methods sector.

What you'll do

Analysis, development, and maintenance of COBOL applications in distributed environments.
Work with Oracle databases and SQL queries.
Management and monitoring of processes in Unix environments.
Execution, planning, and monitoring of batch processes using Control-M.
Incident analysis and application monitoring using Dynatrace and Elasticsearch.
Participation in incident resolution and continuous improvement of applications.

Compensation

The salary established for this position is EUR 30,000-33,000 per year.

Your first months at PSS

In your first months, you will familiarize yourself with the team's applications and procedures, integrating into the ongoing development and maintenance dynamics. You will have the necessary flexibility to organize your remote working day and adapt to the pace of the projects from Madrid.
