The role
We are looking to hire a person for the position of Marketing Coordinator, responsible for providing transversal support to the Marketing department, ensuring the correct administrative, operational, and logistical coordination of the different actions, projects, and activities of the area.
The person in this role will have an organizational and support focus, collaborating closely with different team members in content management, report preparation, campaign coordination, and the organization of visits, shootings, and communication actions. What you'll do

• Provide general support to the Marketing team in the daily management of the department.
• Coordinate administrative tasks of the area, including management of invoices, budgets, purchase orders, reports, and internal documentation.
• Collect, organize, and consolidate relevant information for the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
• Keep documents, calendars, databases, and departmental work materials up to date.
• Guarantee correct organization and follow-up of the administrative and operational tasks of the area.
Content and communication coordination
• Provide support in the planning, uploading, and coordination of content for LinkedIn.
• Internally coordinate the information necessary for communication actions, campaigns, and department projects.
• Support the collection and organization of materials for marketing and communication initiatives.
• Collaborate in the management and follow-up of content calendars and promotional actions.
• Ensure the correct circulation of information between the different teams involved in each project.
Management of visits, public relations, and content creation
• Support the creation of itineraries for visits from influencers, press, content creators, and special guests.
• Manage logistics related to stays, experiences, reservations, transfers, and operational needs.
• Provide support in the organization and coordination of shootings, recordings, and content creation actions.
