DevOps Engineer

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles.

• Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and with IaC (Terraform preferred).

• Solid knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

• Strong orientation toward observability and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, or equivalents).

• Good understanding of networking, cloud security, CI/CD, and immutable infrastructure practices.

• Ability to diagnose production issues, analyze logs and traces, and propose effective solutions.

• Technical English level adequate for communication with international teams.

• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).

• Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and auditing.

• Experience in hybrid environments (on‑prem + cloud) and in regulated sectors or those with high availability requirements.

• Cloud Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) or in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).

At Q-Tech, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a high-performance technical team that develops and operates critical cloud platforms for enterprise clients.

This is an opportunity to participate in the design, automation, and operation of cloud infrastructures, integrate CI/CD pipelines, improve observability, and guarantee the reliability and security of production environments.

• Design, automate, and maintain cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation).

• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) for reproducible and secure deployments.

• Collaborate with development teams to implement continuous deployment practices, automated testing, and security standards throughout the software lifecycle.

• Manage containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), including configuration, autoscaling, and deployment strategies (canary, blue/green).

• Implement and improve observability practices: logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry).

• Participate in incident response and L2/L3 support to guarantee availability and disaster recovery.

• Apply security policies and controls to the infrastructure: secrets management, IAM, hardening, and compliance with best practices.

• Document architectures, runbooks, and operating procedures; train internal teams on platform usage and best practices.
