We are collaborating with a company in the textile sector with over 100 years of history, which is in the midst of a digital and cultural transformation. They want to bring in someone who can become the right hand to their new CIO and a technical benchmark for a young team with great potential.
At a technical level, the main focus in the short and medium term will be on Python and Odoo, which are the heart of their systems and where the main immediate challenges lie. From there, you will have the opportunity to gradually expand your scope, also touching upon databases, microservices architectures, infrastructure, or security.
The environment is very dynamic: you will work in direct contact with the business and management, participating in strategic decisions, leading critical projects (ERP, migrations, digitalization), and being the point of reference in high-impact situations.
The start will be 100% on-site at their headquarters in Olesa de Montserrat and, after the initial period, you will be able to telework 1-2 days a week. The salary range is between €30,000 and €35,000, depending on the experience you bring.
