Are you passionate about turning data into decisions? We are looking for a hybrid profile, capable of combining strategic and business vision with a strong analytical and technical foundation.

You will be responsible for structuring, governing, and leveraging data to turn it into valuable insights for decision-making. You will work closely with senior management and business areas, defining KPIs, developing Power BI dashboards, and proposing analyses that deliver real value to the organization.

• Key responsibilities:
• Design and develop dashboards and executive reports in Power BI to monitor key business indicators.
• Define, structure, and govern data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability.
• Identify KPIs and key metrics aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Prepare executive presentations and reports for committees and senior management teams.
• Collaborate with different areas to identify opportunities for improvement and turn data into business value.

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and the design of management-focused dashboards.
• Experience in data management and governance: structuring and organizing data sources, ensuring data quality and consistency, establishing standardized KPI definitions, and maintaining traceability.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with the SharePoint environment: lists, libraries, information organization, and its use as both a data source and a collaborative workspace.
• Business experience (essential).
• Proven ability to identify which data is relevant to the business and define KPIs and value-driven metrics based on it.
• Ability to proactively propose analyses that address business questions and support decision-making, rather than simply responding to requests.
• Experience in business development, strategy, consulting, or an analytical role working closely with senior management.
• Experience preparing decision-support materials for committees or senior management.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, or other Microsoft tools.

Highly Valued:

• Experience integrating generative AI tools and LLMs (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or others) into analytical work, including data exploration, insight generation, information synthesis, and support in document preparation.
• Ability to identify manual or repetitive processes that could benefit from automation and propose improvements using tools such as Power Automate or AI-based solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a similar field, ideally complemented by training in
• Business or Data Analytics.
• Experience in the defense, security, IT, or engineering sectors.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
