What we're looking for

- Minimum training of Intermediate Vocational Training in electromechanics or Higher Vocational Training in automotive engineering or similar.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in an automotive workshop.

- Residence close to the workplace.

- Languages: high level of Spanish and Catalan.

- B driving license.

What you'll do

- Answering calls

- Opening work orders

- Incident resolution

- Cross-selling

- Providing quotes to customers for vehicles under repair

How you'll work

- Full-time, Monday to Friday, with a split shift.
