QUADIS, the largest network of official dealerships and workshops in Spain, needs to incorporate a Logistics Administrator at AR Motors, an official KIA dealership located in Sant Boi de Llobregat.

As a company dedicated to direct customer service, we bet on people as a differentiating element. Therefore, we are looking for organized, methodical people with the ability to manage different administrative processes simultaneously, guaranteeing the control and monitoring of vehicles throughout the entire logistics process.

- Management of vehicle logistics movements and location changes.

- Control and management of vehicle documentation and keys.

- Administrative monitoring of vehicles destined for sale.

- Control of the status and location of vehicles at each phase of the process.

- Management and monitoring of registration documents and other related documentation.

- Administrative support to the Used Vehicle Sales department.

- Management of platforms linked to the UV commercial activity.

- Coordination and contact with external suppliers.

- Resolution and monitoring of administrative incidents related to vehicle logistics.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, during office hours.
