What we're looking for

We are looking for a professional with previous experience in heavy mechanics, diagnostic capability, and an orientation toward well-done work, who wants to continue developing within a stable, professional environment with growth opportunities.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic; experience in heavy mechanics of industrial, commercial, or passenger vehicles will be especially valued.

- Minimum of a Higher Degree in Automotive Engineering.

- Ability to perform complex diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions, clutches, timing systems, and other mechanical assemblies.

- Residence in the province of the vacancy or the possibility of commuting to the workplace.

- Valid B driving license.

- Responsible, proactive person, with an orientation toward quality and the ability to work in a team.

QUADIS, the largest network of official dealerships and workshops in the country, is looking to hire a Heavy Mechanics Mechanic for QUADIS MOTORSOL, our official Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles workshop located in Granollers.

What you'll do

- Perform advanced diagnostics to identify complex mechanical faults in commercial vehicles and execute the corresponding repairs.

- Carry out heavy mechanics work, including disassembly, repair, and assembly of engines, gearboxes, clutches, timing systems, cylinder heads, and other large-scale mechanical assemblies.

- Replace and repair mechanical components following the brand's procedures and quality standards.

- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance operations, guaranteeing the maximum reliability and safety of the vehicles.

- Use diagnostic equipment to detect incidents and verify the correct repair of faults.

- Keep the workstation tidy and comply with the quality, safety, and prevention procedures established by the company.
