Construction Workers at Height

At Quality Reus – MONTANER, we are looking to hire construction workers to participate in a roof renovation project at a site located in Tarragona.

The selected person will be part of the work team in charge of performing support tasks in the renovation of a roof, participating mainly in the handling, preparation, and movement of materials in a high-altitude working environment.

This is a project with an estimated duration of 6 months, in a building approximately 11 meters high.

• Handling, preparation, and transfer of construction materials.
• Support to the work team during roof renovation tasks.
• Loading, unloading, and organization of materials and tools.
• Collaboration in the specific works of the construction site.
• Compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention, especially in high-altitude work.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area.

• Project with an expected duration of 6 months.
• Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
• Schedule from 7:00 to 16:00 h, with a one-hour break.
• Salary according to the applicable collective agreement and professional category, in accordance with the functions to be developed.
• Start date as soon as possible.
• Direct hiring by the client company.

• Ability and willingness to work at height (approximately 11 meters).
