The role
Job Offer: Site Manager - High Voltage (HV) Electrical Interconnection
At Grupo INVOIN, we are looking to recruit a Site Manager specializing in High Voltage Electrical Interconnection to participate in the supervision of construction and commissioning projects for electrical energy evacuation infrastructures.
We are looking for a professional with demonstrable experience in the supervision of high voltage substations and electrical lines, capable of coordinating contractors and performing technical monitoring of the construction, planning, and quality of the installations.
What you'll do
- Supervise the construction and commissioning of electrical interconnection infrastructures intended for energy evacuation.
- Perform technical monitoring of high voltage substations and electrical lines, both overhead and underground.
- Control the planning, quality, and progress of the works, verifying compliance with established milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate and supervise contractor works, performing monitoring of construction activities.
- Supervise the procurement and arrival of equipment, identifying possible incidents that affect execution.
- Identify and monitor technical risks associated with the construction of electrical infrastructures.
- Support the verification of payment milestones and contractual monitoring of the executed works.
- Prepare weekly monitoring reports and participate in coordination meetings with clients and contractors.

Requirements
- Education and Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in the construction supervision of high voltage substations and electrical lines.
- Experience in electrical interconnection projects of 66 kV or higher, preferably 132 kV.
- Experience in planning, quality control, contractor coordination, and commissioning of electrical infrastructures.
- Skills and Technical Knowledge:
- Knowledge of high voltage electrical substation construction.
- Knowledge of high voltage overhead and underground electrical lines.
- The following will be especially valued:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager, Electrical Supervisor, or Owner's Engineer in high voltage projects.
