What we're looking for

  • Minimum C1 English level, with excellent oral expression and fluency.
  • Ability to maintain professional conversations and conduct interviews entirely in English.
  • Excellent communication skills, good diction, and ease in front of the camera.
  • Dynamic, resourceful, organized person with the ability to improvise.
  • Good presentation and professional image.
  • Availability on November 4, with schedule flexibility.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience as an interviewer, presenter, or reporter.
  • Training in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, or similar.
  • Experience in international congresses or audiovisual recordings.

Languages

During the selection process, we will conduct a brief oral English test to assess the fluency and communication skills of the candidates.

What you'll get

  • 3 full hours will be remunerated.
  • Salary: €9.47 gross/hour.
  • 3 remunerated hours.
  • Total: €28.41 gross.

The role

At Staff Global Group we are selecting an interviewer with a C1 English level or higher to participate in an audiovisual project during the Smart City congress, which will be held at Fira Barcelona.

We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills, confidence in front of the camera, and the ability to conduct interviews fluently and professionally in English.

What you'll do

  • Conducting 4 brief interviews in English with congress guests, approximately 6–7 minutes each.
  • Presenting and conducting the interviews in a natural, dynamic, and professional manner.
  • Formulating questions and following up on the interviewees' responses.
  • Coordination with the audiovisual team during recordings.
  • Professional representation of the organization during the project.

  • Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
  • Schedule pending confirmation.
  • Estimated duration of the project: 1.5 hours.
