The role

What you'll do

Design, optimize, and document assembly processes in the aeronautical sector.
Create and keep work instructions and operating procedures for assembly lines up to date.
Define and improve assembly routes, ensuring product efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues in assembly processes.
Participate in defining new assembly processes and implementing new technologies.
Perform time and motion studies to optimize productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations applicable to the aeronautical sector.
Prepare reports on the performance of assembly processes.
Train and support operators in the correct execution of assembly tasks.
Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing projects applied to assembly processes.
Collaborate in defining requirements for the automation of assembly processes.

We are looking for an Assembly Process Engineer to join one of our teams in Seville.

Requirements

Technical or Higher Engineering degree (Industrial, Aerospace, Mechanical, or similar).
Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in designing and optimizing assembly processes, preferably in the aeronautical sector.
Ability to create and manage work instructions and technical documentation.
Experience in defining and optimizing assembly routes.
B2 or higher level of English (ability to communicate and write technical documentation).
