The Process Improvement Engineer will be based in Madrid, European Headquarters, and will be part of the Competitive Edge Europe Department, directly reporting to the Competitive Edge Director.
The Process Improvement Engineer will accelerate the deployment of proven engineering and operational excellence initiatives across Nippon Sanso Europe. The role focuses on identifying successful projects implemented in ASUs, PAG plants, cylinder operations, filling stations, logistics, maintenance, energy efficiency, reliability, and production processes, and ensuring their effective replication across multiple sites and regions.
As part of the Competitive Edge team, this position
will act as the bridge between European Value Stream Owners, Operations teams,
Engineering, and regional leadership to maximize productivity improvements and
deliver sustainable savings.
