Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum required: Meces 2
  • Experience in activities related to life cycle support engineering and maintenance engineering in submarines within the last 2 years. Minimum required: 1 year
  • Experience in activities related to engineering and maintenance project planning within the last 5 years. Minimum required: 1 year
  • Training in MS Project. Minimum required: 50 hours
  • English. Minimum required: B1

  • Certified course of at least 50 hours in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). Desirable: with certified course

The role

What you'll do

  • Management of the S-80 Submarine class support plan (PAC) across the different maintenance levels. Preparation, review, updating, and implementation of maintenance plans.
  • Definition of the specific work packages associated with operational periods, operational downtime, and scheduled immobilization (PIP).
  • Planning of the PAC and the different work packages throughout the submarine's life cycle.
  • Management of the technical logistics documentation associated with the PAC.
  • Control, monitoring, and traceability of the actions and records associated with the PAC.
  • Maintenance engineering applied to the submarine. Availability, reliability, and maintainability (ARM) analysis, RCM analysis, etc.
  • Failure analysis associated with the systems: FMEA, FMECA, FRACAS, RCA, etc.
  • Risk-based maintenance (RBM/RBI) and condition-based maintenance (CBM).
  • Management of materials (spare parts, equipment, special tooling, consumables, etc.) associated with the maintenance and support plan.
  • Management of plans, processes, and procedures associated with maintenance engineering, especially those related to the class support plan and maintenance planning.
  • Control, monitoring, and inspection of tasks and works on board the submarine. Verification of technical requirements.
  • Assistance to factory/workshop, port, and sea tests (FAT/HAT/SAT).
