The role
What you'll do
Delivery of KSA familiarization courses:
- Vessel familiarization: general configuration, equipment, facilities, and basic operation.
- Systems familiarization: Operating principles and equipment characteristics.
- Operational Familiarization: General procedures, safety, coordination, and basic use of systems.
- Use of Simulators or 3D interactive virtual environments for familiarization with virtual navigation through the vessel, space recognition, and equipment identification and location.
- Delivery of the three course editions in accordance with the scope, content, and structure set out in the applicable TCCD "Training Course Control Document".
- Use of simulators or 3D interactive virtual environments.
- Periodic evaluation of students, on a weekly basis, and final evaluation.
- Responding to student inquiries.
- Daily attendance and student performance records in the LMS of the AVT2200 program.
Work Experience
- University education (Engineering or equivalent) preferably related to the Naval-Military sector
- B2 English Certificate
- 3 years of experience in delivering technical training related to the course content; general layout and systems of the AVT2200 corvettes.
- Experience in tutoring specialized training environments: continuous monitoring of student progress, resolution of questions, and the ability to propose and coordinate the execution of corrective mechanisms.
- Previous experience in simulators or 3D interactive virtual environments.
