Gastroenterology Specialist

The Digestive System Service of the Hospital Universitari General de Catalunya is looking to incorporate a specialist physician in the Digestive System for a full-time position, with an indefinite contract, within a consolidated team and with a clear orientation toward clinical, technical, research, and teaching growth.

We are looking for a person interested in integrating into a dynamic service, with varied clinical activity, a vocation for teamwork, and motivation to develop professionally in different areas of the specialty.

Our service develops extensive activity within gastroenterology, hepatology, and digestive endoscopy, including:

-Diagnostic and therapeutic upper and lower digestive endoscopy.
-Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography -ERCP-.
-Endoscopic ultrasound.
-Endoscopic capsule.
-Digestive System outpatient consultations.
-Care for general hepatic and digestive pathology.
-Digestive functional tests, including high-resolution esophageal and anorectal manometry.
-FibroScan/hepatic elastography.
-Participation in care circuits, clinical protocols, and service improvement projects.
-Possibility of involvement in teaching, clinical sessions, research, and healthcare quality activities.

-Specialist in the Digestive System via MIR or corresponding homologation.
-Interest in digestive endoscopy and in the comprehensive clinical care of patients with digestive pathology.
-Ability to work in a team.
-Proactive, responsible attitude oriented toward healthcare quality.
-Experience in endoscopy, hepatology, digestive functional tests, FibroScan/hepatic elastography, or digestive functional pathology will be valued.
-Advanced experience in all areas is not essential, provided there is motivation to train, get involved, and grow within the service.

El Servicio de Aparato Digestivo del Hospital Universitari General de Catalunya busca incorporar un/a médico/a especialista en Aparato Digestivo para una plaza a tiempo completo, con contrato indefinido, dentro de un equipo consolidado y con clara orientación al crecimiento asistencial, técnico, investigador y docente.

Buscamos una persona con interés por integrarse en un servicio dinámico, con actividad clínica variada, vocación de trabajo en equipo y motivación para desarrollarse profesionalmente en diferentes áreas de la especialidad.

Nuestro servicio desarrolla una actividad amplia dentro de la gastroenterología, la hepatología y la endoscopia digestiva, incluyendo:

-Endoscopia digestiva alta y baja diagnóstica y terapéutica.
-Colangiopancreatografía retrógrada endoscópica -CPRE-.
-Ecoendoscopia.
-Cápsula endoscópica.
-Consultas externas de Aparato Digestivo.
-Atención a patología hepática y digestiva general.
-Pruebas funcionales digestivas, incluyendo manometría esofágica y anorrectal de alta resolución.
-FibroScan/elastografía hepática.
-Participación en circuitos asistenciales, protocolos clínicos y proyectos de mejora del servicio.
-Posibilidad de implicarse en docencia, sesiones clínicas, investigación y actividades de calidad asistencial.

-Especialista en Aparato Digestivo vía MIR u homologación correspondiente.
-Interés por la endoscopia digestiva y por la atención clínica integral del paciente con patología digestiva.
-Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
-Actitud proactiva, responsable y orientada a la calidad asistencial.
-Se valorará experiencia en endoscopia, hepatología, pruebas funcionales digestivas, --FibroScan/elastografía hepática o patología funcional digestiva.
-No es imprescindible experiencia avanzada en todas las áreas, siempre que exista motivación para formarse, implicarse y crecer dentro del servicio.
