From the Quirónsalud private hospitals in Madrid, we are looking for a Nursing Assistant for the Sleep Unit at the Hospital Universitario Ruber Juan Bravo, located in the center area of Madrid (C/Juan Bravo, 39/4, Salamanca).
What you'll do
To assist and provide patient care, maintaining constant awareness of their condition in order to contribute to improving patient health and well-being in accordance with departmental processes and policies, working collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and other clinicians to follow up on and treat patients.
- Respect and maintain an appropriate relationship with patients and families, collaborating in the promotion and maintenance of a professional and responsible environment.
- Carry out the required administrative procedures for the management of patient admissions/discharges and the corresponding documentation, thereby facilitating the entire healthcare process.

- Collaborate in patient assistance, reception, and transport, always complying with medical and nursing instructions.

Desde los hospitales privados de Quirónsalud en Madrid, estamos buscando un/a Auxiliar de Enfermería para la Unidad del Sueño en el Hospital Universitario Ruber Juan Bravo, ubicado en la zona centro de Madrid (C/Juan Bravo, 39/4, Salamanca).
What you'll do
Asistir y realizar los cuidados de los pacientes, manteniendo alerta constante al estado de éstos con el fin de colaborar en la mejora de la salud y bienestar los pacientes conforme a los procesos y política departamentales, trabajando en colaboración con médicos, enfermería y otros clínicos para el seguimiento y tratamiento de los pacientes.
- Respetar y mantener una relación adecuada con pacientes y familiares, colaborando en la promoción y mantenimiento de un entorno profesional y responsable.
- Llevar a cabo los procedimientos administrativos requeridos para el control de ingresos/entradas y altas/salidas de pacientes y de la documentación que proceda, de manera que se facilita todo el proceso asistencial.
- Observar el estado del paciente, manteniendo un estado de alerta permanente ante los cambios de los pacientes.
- Colaborar en la asistencia, recepción y transporte de pacientes cumpliendo siempre con las instrucciones médicas y de enfermería.
- Valorar y administrar correctamente los cuidados básicos del paciente.
- Movilizar adecuadamente paciente.
- Mostrar precisión y detalle en el control de stock, organización de almacenes e imputación de gastos.
- Manejar, limpiar, controlar y conservar debidamente el equipamiento específico.
- Gestionar correctamente la documentación clínica.
- Proporcionar servicios indirectos de atención y apoyo al paciente, manteniendo el entorno asistencial en condiciones óptimas para el bienestar de los pacientes y el correcto desarrollo de la actividad del departamento.
- Gestionar incidencias en primera instancia. Solucionar proactivamente reclamaciones, quejas y sugerencias.
