Position: Temporary administrative assistant in the Outpatient Consultations department.

Location: Hospital Ruber Internacional (Madrid).

Mission: Manage and organize patient flow, contributing to the provision of an agile and efficient service. Register patient admissions in the different hospitalization areas, formalize discharges, issue invoices and collect payments, if applicable, from patients attending the Service.

1. Schedule appointments and correctly register scheduled patients in the computer system.
2. Confirm and verify the documentation provided by the patient following the established procedure.
3. Correctly perform the collection and issuance of the corresponding invoices, as well as the advance collection of possible procedures performed by the patient during consultations.
4. Claim any outstanding debts from outpatient patients, if applicable.
5. Perform the cash count, cash sheet, and transfer of balances from the Central Cashier following the instructions received.
6. Attend to and manage incoming calls in the department, providing the correct information.
7. Ensure the correct filing and maintenance of the documentation necessary for daily work.

Puesto: Auxiliar administrativo/a de manera temporal en el departamento de Consultas Externas.

Ubicación: Hospital Ruber Internacional (Madrid).

Misión: Gestionar y organizar el flujo de pacientes, contribuyendo a ofrecer un servicio ágil y eficaz. Registrar los ingresos de los pacientes en las diferentes áreas de hospitalización, formalizar las altas, editar facturas y cobrar, si procede, a los pacientes que acuden al Servicio.

1. Dar citas y registrar correctamente en el sistema informático a los pacientes citados.
2. Constatar y verificar la documentación aportada por el paciente siguiendo el procedimiento establecido.
3. Realizar correctamente el cobro y la emisión de las correspondientes facturas, así como el cobro anticipado de los posibles procedimientos realizados por el paciente en consultas.
4. Reclamar si aplicase deudas de pacientes ambulantes.
5. Realizar el arqueo, hoja de caja y traspaso de saldos de Caja Central siguiendo las instrucciones recibidas.
6. Atender y gestionar las llamadas entrantes en el departamento, proporcionando la información correcta.
7. Garantizar el correcto archivo y mantenimiento de la documentación necesaria para el trabajo diario.
