From the private hospitals of Quirónsalud in Madrid, we are looking for a Physiotherapist for the Rehabilitation area of the Hospital Quirónsalud Sur, located at Calle Estambul, 30, 28922 Alcorcón, Madrid.
Provide comprehensive, quality care to patients, promoting health education and working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team, in accordance with the center's care protocols. Assess, plan, and apply physiotherapy treatments aimed at prevention, recovery, and improvement of patients' health. What you'll do
- Identify the patient, whenever the patient's condition allows, by confirming first name, surname, and date of birth and cross-checking it with the identification bracelet.
- Respect and maintain an appropriate relationship with patients and their families, collaborating in the promotion and maintenance of a professional and respectful environment, and providing information and education that adequately responds to their needs.
- Perform prescribed rehabilitation treatments and techniques, as well as documenting the patient's progress in the medical record.
- Participate in the center's multidisciplinary team to carry out tests or assessments related to your professional specialty.
- Monitor and evaluate the application of the treatment you provide.
- Collaborate in matters within your competence in the training programs that are carried out.
- Advise professionals who need guidance on mobilization protocols and treatments affected by physiotherapy techniques.
- Attend the sessions held at the center for the review, monitoring, and evaluation of treatments.

Proporcionar una atención integral y de calidad al paciente, promoviendo la educación para la salud y trabajando de forma coordinada con el equipo multidisciplinar, conforme a los protocolos asistenciales del centro. Evaluar, planificar y aplicar tratamientos fisioterapéuticos orientados a la prevención, recuperación y mejora de la salud de los pacientes. Realizar la valoración funcional, diseñar y ejecutar planes de tratamiento individualizados, efectuar el seguimiento de la evolución clínica y registrar la información asistencial correspondiente, siguiendo las indicaciones y recomendaciones médicas.

- Hacer seguimiento y evaluación de la aplicación del tratamiento que realice.
- Colaborar en las materias de su competencia en los programas que se realicen de formación.
