The role

At Mar Healthcare we collaborate with one of the leading private hospitals in the Balearic Islands, which is currently looking to recruit nurses for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with the aim of strengthening their care team during the summer campaign in Mallorca.

What profile are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Experience in monitoring and comprehensive assessment of critical patients, medication administration, management of invasive devices, and application of intensive care.
Knowledge of mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic support, advanced monitoring, and response to highly complex clinical situations.
Previous experience in ICU, Resuscitation, Emergency, or special care units will be valued.
We are looking for professionals with a caregiving vocation, teamwork skills, organizational abilities, quick decision-making, and a patient-centered approach.
