We are looking for an Outpatient Clinics Coordinator for our surgical medical center in Olympia, located in Torre Caleido (Begoña metro station). Northern Madrid area.

What will your mission be?

To coordinate and supervise the activities related to the care process of the Outpatient Clinics program, ensuring optimal quality among the professionals you coordinate, applying the knowledge specific to your role and following the guidelines established by the center based on the care protocols of each area, contributing to offering a service of excellent quality.

What you'll do

Functions:

You will monitor and track appointment start and end times for the clinics, in order to identify opportunities to increase activity by reorganizing schedules and staff.

You will analyze billing/remittance incidents, as well as the causes of recurring issues, and you will implement improvement measures to reduce incidents.

You will manage the staff assigned to the clinics on a daily basis, optimizing resources according to activity levels and planning work schedules.

You will be responsible for selecting the staff under your supervision, as well as for welcoming and supporting them during their onboarding, delivering materials, informing them of the mandatory requirement to complete required courses, and following up on their completion.

You will ensure proper maintenance and management of the schedules for the assigned services.

Requirements

Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle in Nursing Assistant Care, Administration and Finance, etc., or equivalent.

Training in People Management and advanced Excel skills will be valued.

Previous experience in outpatient clinics of hospitals or clinics.
