Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher Vocational Training or university degree focused on Translation and Interpreting, medical-healthcare translation, the hotel/tourism sector, or administrative positions with a strong language and international care component.
High level of English, both oral and written. Advanced knowledge of a third language.
Excellent communication and writing skills, especially in email management.
Good command of office software tools.
Availability to work afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Patient orientation, organizational capacity, teamwork, and the ability to handle situations that require agility and resolution.

What you'll do

The mission of the position will be to manage and coordinate international patient care, facilitating their access to Quirónsalud's healthcare services and carrying out the necessary management with hospitals, insurers, and other collaborators.

Attend to and manage requests from international patients, both by telephone and through email and other channels.
Coordinate medical assistance with the different hospitals and centers of Quirónsalud.
Manage authorizations, coverage, and payment guarantees necessary for patient assistance with international insurers.
Perform administrative follow-up of the patient during the healthcare process.
Coordinate requests coming from hotels and other collaborators, managing the guest's care from the receipt of the request to their appointment, assistance, or referral.
Act as an interlocutor between patients, healthcare professionals, hospitals, insurers, and collaborators when necessary.

How you'll work

The service operates 24/7, so we seek availability to work mainly:

Monday to Friday: mainly afternoon shifts, in the slots of 13:00 to 21:00 h and 14:00 to 22:00 h, with some shorter shifts depending on the roster.
Weekends: rotating work, with shifts mainly from 06:00 to 15:00 h, 09:00 to 18:00 h, 14:00 to 22:00 and, occasionally, from 10:00 to 22:00 h. Worked weekends are compensated with days off during the week.

Shifts are planned and communicated months in advance, facilitating personal organization.

During the first 3-4 weeks, initial training will take place approximately from 09:00 to 17:00 h.
