• Coordinate and monitor ESG projects and initiatives at a corporate and multi-center level.
• Collaborate with internal teams, centers, and other stakeholders to ensure implementation aligned with company objectives.
• Define and monitor work plans, milestones, indicators, and results.
• Analyze project progress and propose improvement actions to guarantee the achievement of objectives.
• Prepare support, awareness, and communication materials related to sustainability and the environment.
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate ESG data and indicators.
• Design and maintain tracking dashboards, KPIs, and reports to facilitate decision-making.
• Drive improvements and automations that optimize ESG information management and reporting processes.
• Participate in the preparation of sustainability reports and filings.
• Manage documentation, evidence, and inquiries related to ESG projects and indicators.

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or other related areas.
• Postgraduate training or specialization in Sustainability, ESG Reporting, Auditing, Management Control, Finance, Environmental Management Systems, or Project Management is valued.
• Experience of between 3 and 5 years in positions related to sustainability, ESG reporting, data analysis and control, or project management.
• Very high level of English (C1), both oral and written.
• Knowledge of German is valued.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary and international teams in complex and multi-center environments.
• Analytical, organized profile with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Coordination, communication, and management skills for multiple simultaneous projects.
