The role

What will your mission be?
We are looking for a Medical Deputy Director to collaborate with the Medical Management in the organization and coordination of healthcare activity, contributing to guaranteeing quality care, process efficiency, and the satisfaction of patients and professionals.
Main functions

Support the Medical Management in the daily management of healthcare activity.
Coordinate and provide support to the center's medical teams.
Participate in the planning and monitoring of healthcare and healthcare transformation objectives.
Collaborate in the implementation and improvement of clinical procedures and protocols.
Monitor activity and quality indicators.
Promote communication and coordination between the different services and areas of the hospital.
Collaborate in the resolution of healthcare and organizational incidents.
Participate in continuous improvement and patient experience projects.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

Degree in Medicine.
Postgraduate training in Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, or related areas is valued.
Consolidated healthcare experience.
Previous experience in the coordination or management of healthcare teams is valued.
