About the role

From RPO Randstad, we are looking for an Accounting Administrative Assistant (temporary, 6 months) for our offices in Hospitalet de Llobregat.

What you'll do

  • Executes internal and external collection activities to maximize cash flow, ensuring customer payments and compliance with the company's financial policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Performs complex accounts receivable aging analysis and generates key performance indicator (KPI) reports. Resolves outstanding account balances using knowledge of systems and their relationship to billing and collections.
  • Monitors and follows up on past-due accounts receivable, communicating with customers to ensure timely payments.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for billing and collections inquiries from internal and external business partners. Investigates and resolves various internal and external inquiries.
