Intern in Madrid

We are looking for an Intern for the Marketing & Product Development Department!

Would you like to gain experience in a dynamic environment, participating in projects with social impact and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams? This could be your opportunity.

What will you do?

You will provide support to the Product Development team, working closely with the department manager and taking part in tasks such as:

• Monitoring and updating projects.
• Preparing and updating corporate presentations.
• Support in the preparation and management of proposals.
• Monitoring initiatives and ongoing projects.
• Internal coordination across different cross-functional areas (Marketing, IT, Communications, etc.).
• Data analysis and management using Excel.
• Support for Marketing and Communications activities.

What are we looking for?

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration (ADE), Advertising, or related fields.
• Intermediate English level (B2).
• Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in project management and product development.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Location: Raimundo Fernández Villaverde (Madrid).

As an intern, you will support multiple tasks in the marketing and product areas, such as collaborating on presentations for donors, tools for users, internal documents, and working with the marketing and communications area on events, campaigns, etc. All under the guidance of the innovation and product development manager for the Randstad Foundation.
