We are looking for a Technical Accounting Specialist focused on the comprehensive management of treasury, collections, and payments to join a counting team on a temporary basis.

Reporting to the Financial Directorate / Accounting Manager, you will be in charge of guaranteeing the correct accounting record and reconciliation of banking operations, collections, and payments:

Collections Area:

Accounting for collections from physical stores: cash deposited in banks, credit cards, supplier vouchers, and other income.

Accounting and reconciliation of income via armored transport, as well as balancing with service providers and analysis of discrepancies.

Accounting and monitoring of collections, performing the reconciliation between sales and collections and the analysis of imbalances.

Accounting record of collections via franchise transfers and other channels.

Payments and Treasury Area:

Recording and accounting of payments managed via transfers, promissory notes, confirming, and direct debits.

Accounting record of tax payments (IAE, waste tax, signage tax, etc.) and utilities/recurring concepts (water, etc.).

Monthly expense control and continuous analysis.
